What we're looking for

// September 2024 - We are actively looking for a freelance Screens Producer, with a focus on managing CG / motion design teams developing for non-standard displays.

Our Interactive / Screens / Technical Producers handle the quality, timely, and on-budget delivery of projects that combine software development, rendered and real-time content, hardware, fabrication, and installation. Ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day aspects of projects to carry projects through to successful completion from kickoff to installation.

This position will report to the Director of Production and will work alongside 3D and Motion Designers, Creative Technologists, Physical Designers, and Fabricators.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Experience producing a variety of projects ranging from interactive installations, motion design, CG productions, AR/VR, gaming, software development
• Accurately develop and manage project deliverables and production schedules, run of show, and status updates for internal leadership and clients.
• Client interfacing, management, and care under the direction of the Director of Production, CEO, or Studio Principal
• Coordinate and lead meetings for the project team
• Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively present/articulate creative work
• On-boarding and overseeing freelance production staff on a project-basis
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Production including note-taking, agenda development, expense reports, travel arrangements, and overall project assistance
• Support the Director of Production in managing project budgets and delivering on budget.
• Create a positive and constructive team working relationship and atmosphere
• Tracking and management of digital assets across multiple platforms
• Responsible for working closely with Technical Leads and engineers to develop and deliver post-deployment documentation.
